Even though we'll be gathering virtually, Christina encourages you to enhance your experience by bringing a touch of the outdoors in – a found rock, a fallen leaf, a feather (with permission from the Earth, of course!).

We will learn all about the history and art of Shinrin-Yoku, also known as Forest Bathing. This amazing practice has countless benefits and is a great addition to your self care rituals or Yoga classes.

The recording will also be available after the workshop ends and you will have access to all our workshop resources.

No prior experience with Forest Bathing or yoga is required.

Training Format

This is a virtual, 2-for-1 introductory workshop featuring both learning and guided experience.

  • Intro Workshop: Learn the history, philosophy, and benefits of Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)
  • Guided Session: A full Forest Bathing experience led by Bethany Kilgore
  • Facilitator: Christina Rena, Holistic Wellness Coach & Forest Therapy Guide (The Nestuary, LLC)
  • Access: Workshop recording and all resources provided after the event

Participants are encouraged to enhance the experience by bringing a small natural item (such as a leaf, stone, or feather) to the session.
