  • All about Grounding and how to incorporate it into an outdoor yoga class 

  • All about Forest Bathing and how to incorporate it into an outdoor yoga class 

  • Specific Yoga movements to improve strength, balance, and flexibility pre and post hike 

  • How to gear up properly for all terrains and weather conditions 

  • How to find popular and hidden gem trails in your area and how to work with organizations to utilize local trails/parks etc 

  • Different ways to set your outdoor yoga class apart and provide a truly unique and freeing experience for your students 

  • The business of hiking and yoga and how to create a side hustle or full business doing what you love 

Workshop is now on demand so you can join from anywhere! Watch the lectures online at your own pace. There is homework to practice what you learn but this can be done from anywhere anytime.
